We are excited that you are ready to join this inspiring movement! Awaken from the Trance is a research-based program that blends modern scientific advances with ancient healing practices. Each cohort gathers via Zoom once a week for six weeks of inquiry, dedicated to healing the split from the Divine Feminine and awakening from the trance of thousands of years of indoctrination.

Please take your time and thoughtfully complete the form below. THERE ARE NO WRONG ANSWERS!! We use this application to help understand where you are in relation to our course material and to create the best cohort to ensure that you will get the most from our time together.

This workshop is an immersive group experience and full committed participation is essential to not only your experience, but that of other participants. Therefore, it is important that once you are scheduled for a specific workshop, you are able to attend all 6 online video conferencing sessions. You will need:

• Access to (coach, therapist, mentor) for support as/if needed through this process.
• Inquiry and meditations experience or strong desire to learn
• Willingness to explore Somatic, Dance, Moving meditation experience.
• To be able to self-regulate (as this material may be very activating)
• To be open to and able to participate in movement inquiry to the best of my ability

*Somatic inquiry is open to everyone at every level of physical fitness. The ability to move any part of your body including blinking your eyes!
• Good witnessing skills
• To be self-responsible and self-motivated as there is ample material and assignments
• To have a basic understanding of how to use Zoom / or other video conferencing reliably; and know how to use the pinning, chat and sound functions , etc.
